Wet Room Drains - Shower Outlets

Wet room  drains or shower outlets (also known as shower drainage systems) which are suitable for installation in sheet flooring and tiled floor finishes and provide an aesthetic solution to the problem of drainage from high performance shower units in a wet room environment. The oultets we supply are manufactured by Caroflow and are supplied as a complete kit with shower drain and gulleys.


There are three main types of  shower gulleys available:-

This newly introduced shower drain provides the solution that specifiers and installers have been looking for; a shallow, yet robust, metal drainage outlet.

Standing only 95mm in height, it is simple to install in sheet or tiled flooring installations, even when restricted height is an issue, while still providing a full 50mm removable trap.

Standard Shower Outlet


Available with either a vertical or horizontal waste take-off the Caroflow Standard Shower Outlet provides flexibility and high performance.The depth of the whole body is only 155mm.

Both the vertical and horizontal units will allow solvent weld connection to a 40mm waste pipe and offer a constant flow rate of over 0.75 litres per second.

This Carflow unit incorporates a removable trap which allows for cleaning and rodding through the main drainage pipe.

Linear Shower Outlet


Available with either a vertical or horizontal waste take-off and a drainage capacity of 46 litres per minute, the Linear Shower Outlet (also known as the Linear Drainage System) has a main channel which is only 18mm deep and is one of the only linear channels to include a clamping plate for a perfect seal onto tanking membrane.

The linear outlet comes with a preformed gradient towards the trap and comes in five different stock sizes.
